Launched April 2014
PART is an 18-month program involving intensive case management teamed with peer recovery support for individuals ready for recovery. This program delivers a system of recovery care using evidence-based practices and client support through warm hand-offs between referrals to different recovery services.
How it works:
- The first 6 months offers proactive case management with clinical and peer staff and the following 12 months offer additional peer recovery support services.
- We employ recovery support specialists to work with our clients. We see that recovery support specialists provide a heightened level of understanding and empathy as most of them have lived experience with substance use recovery.
- Our recovery support specialists and clinical case managers go out into the community to meet the clients at a convenient location. This could be recovery community centers, recovery houses, coffee shops, and other public locations. They work with our clients to help guide them through their unique path to recovery.
